Detailed DKS Setup Instructions

First Time Users:

You must install the Citrix® Online Plug-in - web Client below in order to use the  Digital Knowledge Store^TM Applications.

1. Click here  ===>  CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.zip  <=== 
2. Click on “Save” and the file named CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.zip will be downloaded and saved onto your computer.  Make a note of where the file is saved.
3. Close your Web Browser (Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer).
4. Using Windows Explorer locate the file you just downloaded.
5. Unzip CitrixOnlinePluginWeb.zip; it will unzip into a CitrixOnlinePluginWeb folder.  Double click the file TrolleyExpress.exe, inside the folder, to install the Citrix Online Plug-in web client.

6. You may use your Web Browser now to access the Digital Knowledge Store^TM Applications.

Normal login procedure for operating DKS. 

1. Activate the Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer Web Browser and highlight the address field.
2. Type in www.benshawexpress.com and press enter.
3. Click on "Digital Knowledge Store^TM (DKS)” link on the home page.
4. Click on one of the hyperlinks:

Accounting / MRP Application 

ECO / CAR Application 

Customer Service Manager Application 

First Pass Yield Application

Electronic Quote System 

Electronic Procurement System 

Electronic MV Proposal Tracking System 

DDE Engineering Application 

5. Enter your normal Benshaw login name.
6. Enter your normal Benshaw login password.
7. Enter the application user name (if required).
8. Enter the application password (if required) .
9. Click on OK.
